Hoey comes to Strokers Dallas with a history of aftermarket parts design and development from some of the industry’s leading parts manufactures. In conjunction with Rick Fairless, Ford Stell and Gene Slater, the team will design and develop a proprietary line of parts for Fairless’ ever expanding Strokers Empire. “We are excited about the future of the motorcycle industry, and being a Victory dealer, it’s only natural that we focus our attention on Victory Motorcycles. We want to offer the Victory consumer a choice when it comes to customizing their bike and we want that choice to be the Rick Fairless “RF” parts line.” Fairless, Stell, Slater and Hoey are looking forward to a growing relationship and ever expanding custom parts line. “I am looking forward to working with Rick and the entire Strokers Dallas family and I am very excited about what the future will bring.” says Hoey.
