Sturgis is coming up…and coming up fast! This year’s rally is from August 8-August 14, 2011.
The time is now to get your bike’s fluids and filters changed to make sure that everything is smooth running for you while you are hanging out in South Dakota. (You wouldn’t want to be showing off and then have the bike break down in front of everyone, would you?)
We offer a full service for approximately $145. You can also have us check your charging system, tires, brakes–everything needed to feel comfortable on a road trip. It’s always better to be safe then sorry. Wait times are relatively short right now in service, but we can guarantee that the closer we get to the rally, the busier we will get and the longer wait times you’ll face; it happens every year!
So don’t procrastinate! Get on down here today! And don’t forget- we do first come, first serve service on weekends, so get in early, grab a burger and a beer and wait for your bike to be done while you enjoy some live music and great company!

Do you need service performed on your motorcycle, but don’t want to leave it in the service department for a few days?
Whether it’s because of transportation issues, or just the simple fact that you can’t bear to be without your baby, we’ve got the solution. We have reserved our weekends for you! You may not be aware of this, but Strokers’ Service Department is open Saturday AND Sunday to satisfy your service needs. We offer services while you wait! In order to accomodate everybody, we simplify things on the weekend. We will perform oil changes, tires changes, brake changes, or any other service that can be done in less than 3 hours.
We open our doors at 9 am and work in a first-come, first-served basis–just make sure you’re here before 4 pm, as we can’t do same day work after that time. It’s the best of both worlds…you can take care of your maintenance needs and hang out with your buddies at the bar while you wait, no appointment necessary! (Not to mention-there are BIKINI BEER TUB GIRLS!!!)

Dealing with an extended warranty company can be tedious and frustrating! Why go to a service department that wants you to pay for the service, deal with the warranty company yourself, and wait to get reimbursed? We don’t work that way. Customer satisfaction is #1 to the folks here at Strokers Dallas and our service department offers full service warranty work. All you have to do is get the bike to us–and if you can’t, we’ll come pick it up for you!
As your Service Administrator, I handle all of the communication and paperwork that is involved in getting warranty claims filed and paid. There is a vast array of extended warranty companies out there and I have personally dealt with most of them. I always work hard to make sure that any covered repairs are taken care of and keep you out on the road.

No one even likes to think about having an accident on their motorcycle, but it remains a sad fact that it DOES happen.
What you might not realize is that Strokers’ Service Department can help you! Whether it is major or minor damage to your motorcycle, we can handle everything from start to finish- even towing your bike in for you! Whether you have a bike with stock parts from head to toe, or you’re riding a custom bike with all aftermarket parts, we have the knowledge and ability to get the correct parts, along with professionally trained technicians, to get your bike back to pristine condition. Strokers will write up an estimate, deal directly with your insurance company, handle any supplement issues and keep you in the loop throughout the entire process.
There isn’t a job too big or too small for us to handle. If you’ve just accidentally dropped your bike on its side, bring it in! There may be more damage than you realize and we will ensure that the insurance company is aware of all damages. On the other hand, we have also repaired wrecks with over $10,000 worth of damage, restoring the bike back to its original condition. We work with several area motorcycle insurance companies and have a good trusting relationship. Heck, we’ve even managed to save some customers some of their deductibles in the past!
