Ma’s Roadhouse: Meghan

MEGHAN BIO:

Meghan is Rick’s resident “Damn Yankee” who talks too loud and too fast. Meghan is the only one who can reign in Rick’s unorganized, spontaneous business style. She knows how to see through Rick’s crap and sometimes has to go above his head to make things work.  You want something done right, and on time, you go to Meghan.  She is quick to think on her feet during any crazy event happening at Strokers. Meghan and Rick banter like they are honorary father daughter combo. Rick loves Meghan’s organizational skills but sometimes he has to remind her who’s boss around these parts.

Name: Meghan

Title: Marketing Manager

What are some of your vices? Sweets and Mexican food. I have no willpower when it comes to those two things.

What are some of your pet peeves? I HATE when people use the wrong “your” (vs. you’re) and there vs. their vs. they’re. I also hate when Rick yells “Meg” over the PA system!

What are some your hobbies? I don’t think it counts as a hobby, but I love being the hostess. I love entertaining and having people over. That’s one of the reasons I bought a house!

What is the strangest thing you ever did? Move to Texas by myself to work for a tie dyed goofball at a biker bar without having any previous motorcycle knowledge

What is your favorite thing to do? Spend time with friends outside, either on a patio, or on a motorcycle ride, or in someone’s backyard. I just love being outside in the sun (which is why I moved to Texas!)

What do you want to be when you grow up? Rich

What is your favorite thing about Rick? His loyalty. Even though he can be tough and difficult sometimes, you know he’ll always be there for you if you get in a tough spot.

What is your favorite thing about Ma? Her “I don’t give a shit” attitude. Nobody messes with Mom. She does what she wants, when she wants to.

What do you want to be doing in ten years? Living on a ranch with lots of land, animals, a pool, and lots of money

What inspires you? Seeing someone take a chance to do what they love. Their bravery and determination inspire me to work hard to get where I want to be.

What do you consider your greatest achievement? Buying my first house
